For parents & guardians

A safer way to support their football journey.

BallerID is not an open social network. It is a structured platform where parents and guardians stay involved, informed and in control.

Parent-managed accounts

For younger players, the parent/guardian holds the account and approves key actions.

Visibility controls

Choose who can see the profile: private, approved BallerID users, or verified organisations only.

Opportunity approvals

Applications to trials and camps require parent/guardian confirmation.

Content management

Review, restrict or remove videos and profile information at any time.

Transparency

See interactions involving your child, including profile access requests.

Reporting

Report a profile, organisation, opportunity or interaction in a couple of taps.

What we ask, and what we don't

Only football information.

We collect

  • Playing position and preferred foot
  • Age group and general area
  • Current club and playing level
  • Football videos and achievements
  • Parent/guardian contact for consent

We never display

  • Home address
  • Personal phone number
  • Personal email address
  • School details
  • Exact live location

This is a prototype. Any real-world launch would require professional legal, safeguarding and data-protection review before being opened to children.
