How BallerID handles information about players, parents/guardians and organisations.

Information we collect
Account details, football profile information (position, preferred foot, age group, club, playing level, general area), uploaded football media and platform activity.
Information we do not publish
Home addresses, personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, school details and exact live location are never shown on a profile.
Parent and guardian involvement
For younger players, a parent or guardian controls the account, approves visibility settings and confirms applications.
Visibility
Profile visibility is configurable: private, approved BallerID users by account type, or verified football organisations only.
Retention and deletion
Accounts and uploaded media can be deleted by the account holder or parent/guardian.
